Fernando Luján

Fernando joined Galicia Abogados in 2017 as an associate in the Tax practice. His work is focused on tax advisory for national and internacional clients, transfer pricing, treaty application, audits and litigation, and wealth management planning.

Before joining Galicia Abogados, Fernando worked as Manager in the Tax Controversy practice at EY México.

He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Technical Committee on Fintech and Emerging Technologies of the Mexican Accountants Institution. He has participated as author of several publications and as speaker in forums concerning tax matters and the digital economy, as well as coauthor of the book Todo fiscal: Régimen general del impuesto sobre la renta, personas morales, publicado by Bosch México.

Fernando studied law at Tec de Monterrey (2013)  and has a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Panamericana (2015).
