Luis Rosendo

Luis joined Galicia Abogados in 2010 and has worked as an associate in the energy practice area since 2014. His work is focused on providing legal advice to developers, contractors, sponsors and banks during the various stages of energy projects (i.e. development, financing, construction and operation), particularly, in connection with the power industry (especially, renewable energy-related projects). He has also been a member of the Mexican Energy Law Association (Academia Mexicana de Derecho Energético) and has collaborated with articles in respect of electricity matters for publications such as Capitel.

Luis obtained its Law Degree at Universidad Panamericana (2014) and studied an Energy Law Diploma at Escuela Libre de Derecho (2013). Moreover, he has a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Environmental Law & Policy (focused on Clean/Renewable Energy) from Stanford University (2017).

Recently, The Legal 500 has named him “Rising Star” in the Energy & Natural Resources practice.
