Our response will be sent to the email indicated in your request within a maximum period of 20 business days from the day your request was received. In the event that your request is answered affirmatively, the requested changes will be made within a maximum period of 15 business days. Galicia may deny the exercise of any of the aforementioned rights in the cases in which the Law allows it. The reason for such decision will be communicated to you. Provided that the revocation of consent does not result in the impossibility of complying with any of the obligations acquired by virtue of the relationship between you and Galicia, the consent granted by you for the processing of your personal data may be revoked by delivering a notification in writing to contacto@galicia.com.mx. The revocation will be effective from the date we receive your request.
Photo Usage
By completing the registration form on our website and submitting team and individual photos, you are consenting to Galicia’s use of your image under the terms and conditions herein established (including through posting the photos on our website and social media platforms). Galicia’s right to the use of your image (and any other rights in relation thereto) shall be worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free.
