backFernanda joined Galicia in 2013 as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
She focuses on domestics and international M&A and private equity transactions. Fernanda has also represented buyers and sellers in transactions across various areas, including the hotel, education, infrastructure, telecommunications and retail sectors, among others.
She worked as a junior associate in the finance and business legal department at Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (2010-2013), as well as an international lawyer at Dechert LLP in New York.
Fernanda has a bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidad Iberoamericana and a master’s degree in Law from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
