backGuillermo has developed his professional career at Galicia. He joined the firm in 2010 as an associate in the Infrastructure and Real Estate practices, and as of 2026 is a Partner in the same areas, standing out for his leadership, strong technical expertise, and involvement in some of the most significant transactions in the market.
Guillermo focuses his practice on project finance transactions in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. He has international experience as a foreign associate in the Project Finance practice at the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP (2015).
He earned his law degree from Universidad Panamericana (2008) and completed a postgraduate program in Tax Law (2009) at the same institution. He also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and a Business certificate from Kellogg School of Management in Chicago (2014).
