backPaola joined Galicia in 2015 as an associate in the Labor practice.
She focuses on labor and employment consulting with a transactional approach and has prior experience in mergers, acquisitions, corporate and regulatory matters.
Paola has advised national and international clients from various industries including in energy, finance, construction, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, real estate, technology, education, among others.
Prior to joining Galicia, Paola worked in the labor practice of two law firms.
She has an LL.B. from Universidad Panamericana and a J.D. from University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law.
