His work is focused on disputes matters related to construction contracts, debt collection, enforcement of guarantees, public and private contract terminations, foreclosures, corporate disputes, consumer protection, civil liability, industrial property violations, insurance and bonds as well as lease disputes, which include constitutional (amparo), civil, commercial and administrative litigation across international parties, multiple jurisdictions and cross-border trials. Arturo specializes in the construction, energy and corporate dispute sectors.
Previously, he worked at two renowned Mexican law firms as a senior associate in the litigation area, analyzing matters related to industrial property infringement, damages, contractual breaches, debt collection, injunctive relief and amparo, among others.
Arturo studied law at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2013). He also has a specialization in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law from Universidad Panamericana (2017), and an LL.M. with an emphasis on Dispute Resolution and Energy Law from Queen Mary University of London (2019).
