backDaniella is an associate for Galicia’s Regulatory practice and specializes in antitrust and telecommunications.
She has extensive experience in trial-like procedures before antitrust authorities as well as in other special procedures to determine the existence of substantial power.
Her experience as a member of the Federal Economic Competition Commission and the Federal Telecommunications Institute allows her to participate in cases regarding substantial market power, absolute and relative monopolistic practices, prohibited concentrations, and verification of conditions imposed on mergers.
Daniella obtained her law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (2011) and her LL.M. in Competition Law from King’s College London (2019). She also took coursework in Regulation at Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, Telecommunications and Competition at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and Principle of American Law at Fordham Law School.
