On July 16,2025, the Federal Executive published in the evening edition of the Federal Official Gazette, the Decree that reforms and adds several provisions to the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (the “Law”), and1 amends Article 400 Bis of the Federal Criminal Code (the “Decree”) . In this regard, below is an executive summary with some of the main modifications established by the Decree.
