President Sheinbaum unveils candidates for new CNA Board of Commissioners. CNA to be established the day following Senate confirmation.

Yesterday, President Claudia Sheinbaum announced her candidates for the Board of Commissioners of the new National Antitrust Commission (“CNA”). Upon confirmation by the Senate, which is expected to take place in the coming days, the Board of Commissioners will be appointed. The next day after appointment, the CNA will be considered formally established.
