On February 23, 2026, the “Rules of Organization and Operation of the Pharmaceutical Investment Promotion Committee” (the “Rules of Operation”) were published in the Federal Official Gazette (“DOF”). The Rules of Operation regulate the composition, organization and operation of the Pharmaceutical Investment Promotion Committee (the “Committee”). The Committee’s objective is to enable dialogue with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry to analyze and agree on investment proposals (in the pharmaceutical sector) in the national territory.
