On January 15th, 2026, a Decree amending, adding and repealing various provisions across 17 different statutes (the “Reform”) was published in the Federal Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación), including amendments to the Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo, the “FLL”). The Reform came into force on January 16th, 2026.
