BackChamber of Deputies Approves Foreign Investment Law Reform Without Changes

On October 27, 2026, the Chamber of Deputies approved, without modifications, the amendment to the Foreign Investment Law. This concluded the legislative process in the Federal Congress, and the decree was submitted to the Federal Executive for its enactment and publication in the Federal Official Gazette (the “DOF”). Given that the amendment stems from an initiative of the President of the Republic, no objections are expected to be raised.
