On May 9, 2023 the President of Mexico issued a decree (the “Termination Decree”) terminating the extraordinary health actions to prevent, control and mitigate the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19), as well as those related measures that have been issued by the General Health Council (Consejo de Salubridad General), by the Ministry of Health (Secretaría de Salud) and/or by other entities or agencies of the Federal Public Administration regarding Covid (the “Covid Decrees”)
