Amendment to the Internal Regulation of the National Customs Agency of Mexico

On May 24, 2022, the “Decree amending, adding and revoking several provisions of the “Decree by which several provisions of the Internal Regulation of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and of the Internal Regulations of the Tax Administration Service are amended and added, and the issuing of the Internal Regulation of the National Customs Agency of Mexico” was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (“DOF”).
