Agreement through which the Ministry of Economy issues general regulations and criteria on foreign trade matters

On May 9, 2022, the “Agreement through which the Ministry of Economy (“SE”) issues general regulations and criteria on foreign trade matters” was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (“DOF”), abrogating the Agreement published on December 31, 2012. The new Agreement is effective the day after its publication, except for the provisions of the transitory articles.
