On May 20, 2020, the Government of Mexico City presented the Gradual Plan towards the new normality and the epidemiological tracker for Mexico City, labeled as orange as of June 29, 2020.
As a consequence of the foregoing, and in order to commence a gradual, cautious and orderly reopening of its activities, the National Hydrocarbons Commission (the “Commission”), determined on July 24, 2020, to conclude the cessation of terms for proceedings, applications and submissions filed before it. With the issuance of the “Resolution that concludes the cessation of terms for the proceedings, applications and submissions filed before the National Hydrocarbons Commission”, it was established that the calculation of business days resumes today, July 27, 2020.
