On July 10, 2020, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Health, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, the “Order containing the guidelines for implementing, verifying, monitoring and evaluating compliance with the Amendment of Mexican Official Standard NOM-051-SCFI/SSA1-2010 published on March 27, 2020” (the “Guidelines”).
