BackOn September 7, 2020, the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (“SEMARNAT”) published in the Federal Official Gazette (“DOF”) the “Resolution whereby the general public is notified about an extension to the term to file application to extend the validity term of concession or assignment titles, and/or wastewater discharge permits, which expired during the COVID-19 emergency suspension period in terms of article 24 of the National Waters Law” (“SEMARNAT Resolution”).
