On June 11, 2021, the Ministry of Finance published the “Seventh Agreement modifying the General Rules in Foreign Trade Matters for 2020”1 . Such amendment included a significant change to Rule 2.4.1, which regulates the authorization for the entry or exit of goods from national territory through a different site from those previously authorized.
