Form of Lump Sum Turnkey Agreements for Combined Cycle Power Plants of the Federal Electricity Commission

On April 24, 2021, the Federal Electricity Commission (Comisión Federal de Electricidad) (“CFE”) published on its website the Bidding Terms, including the form of lump sum turnkey agreement, for the contracting procedures called by CFE for the construction of five combined cycle power plants throughout the country in (i) San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora, (ii) Tuxpan, Veracruz, (iii) González Ortega, Baja California, (iv) Valladolid, Yucatán and (v) Mérida, Yucatán (the “Power Plants”).
