BackYesterday, November 23, 2021, the “Ninth Resolution of Amendments to the General Foreign Trade Rules for 2020” (the “New Amendment”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, which includes several amendments to the rules applicable to foreign trade operations, among others, to Rule 2.4.1 regarding the authorization for the entry or exit of goods from the national territory through a place other than the authorized one.
