BackEarlier today a publication in the Mexican Federal Official Gazette referred the notice by means of which the Investigative Authority (“IA”) of the Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission (“COFECE” or “Commission”) informs of the beginning of the investigation by complaint identified with the file number DE-027-2020 (the “Notice”), for the possible commission of relative monopolistic practices in the market of generation, wholesale marketing and supply of electricity and associated products, as well as services and activities related to these markets in Mexico (the “Investigated Market”).
