BackAfter months of intense dialogues and negotiations between the federal government and the business and workers’ sectors, the Senate approved on April 20, 2021, the bill to amend labor subcontracting, by virtue of which several labor, social security and tax provisions are incorporated, amended and repealed with the primary purpose of eradicating abusive or simulated practices to the detriment of workers and the damage to public funds.
