BackOn May 22, 2024 it was published in the Federal Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación) (“DOF”) the Agreement that modifies, adds and eliminates certain articles of the General Administrative Provisions (the “Provisions”) that establish the Guidelines for the minimum insurance requirements that must be contracted by the regulated parties that conduct the activities of transportation, storage, distribution, compression, liquefaction, regasification or sale to the public of hydrocarbons and petroleum products (the “Agreement”).
