BackIn order to implement administrative facilitation in the procedures for obtaining import and export permits, on September 18, 2024, the “Agreement amending the one that establishes the goods whose import and export are subject to regulation by the Ministry of Energy” (the “Agreement”) was published in the afternoon edition of the Federal Official Gazette.
