Mexican Customs authority amends multiple customs regulations

On October 14, 2024, the Mexican Customs Authority (“SAT”) published the Second Amendment to the General Rules on Foreign Trade and its Appendixes 1, 2, 5 and 24 (the “Amendment”), through which SAT modifies multiple administrative and regulatory provisions to implement the changes previously announced on the provisions published on its web portal on October 7, 2024.
