On October 31, 2024, the Decree amending articles 25, 27 and 28 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, in matters of strategic areas and companies, was published in the Federal Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación, the “Decree”). This will become effective on November 1st, 2024.
