BackEarlier this week, a copy of certain order issued by the Ministry of Energy (“SENER”) identified as SENER.100 /195/2022 dated June 13, 2022 (the “SENER Communication”), under which SENER requires the Energy Regulatory Commission (“CRE”) and the National Natural Gas Control Center (“CENAGAS”) to implement certain measures in the allocation of Natural Gas transportation capacity in the National Integrated Natural Gas Transportation and Storage System (“SISTRANGAS”), was notified to several users of the SISTRANGAS.
