UK-Mexico Trade Continuity Agreement

As a consequence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and North Ireland ( hereinafter “UK”) exit from the European Union, and the end of a transition period for an orderly and gradual separation, Mexico and the UK decided to preserve the preferential duty treatment achieved with the “EU-Mexico Economic Partnership, Political Coordination, and Cooperation Agreement”, signed at Brussels on December 8, 1997 (hereinafter “EU-Mexico Agreement”).
