Voluntary Labor Verification Program

On November 1st, 2021, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (“STPS”) published in the Official Gazette of the Federation the Decree by means of which the Voluntary Labor Verification Program (the “Program”) is established. The Program’s main purpose consists on employers voluntarily declaring to the labor authorities the level of compliance with their employer obligations regarding general working conditions, training, occupational safety and health, among other aspects, with respect to their work centers.
